By combining all of the connection and sisterhood of a girls weekend with a bit of the personal growth and education of a professional conference, the Untangling Me Retreat Experience is giving you the best of both! Through individual free time, facilitated sessions, small group activities, and shared resources, the women-only Untangling Me Retreat Experience gives women a place to begin - or continue - the work of stepping into her best self.
Registration will open soon for the 2026 Retreat to be held at the beautiful Henderson Beach Resort in Destin, Florida. Our destination retreat model extends our traditional weekend experience into a 4 day / 3 night retreat which allows more time for connection and reflection. Although it's not summer weather, the paradise of the Gulf of Mexico in Destin, FL offers a warmer respite from colder temperatures while Untangling Me provides everything you could need for a perfect long weekend away!
NOTE: Out of respect for other participants and the safe space we are creating, we request that registrants refrain from bringing guests who are not attending the UM retreat experience.
